Summary:
The Customer Relationship Management Support Representative works to support various groups within the Insurance Operations Department, including CRM, Service Center, and Billing.
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support for the Insurance Operations Department.
Responsible for working various reports.
Handles daily policy renewal and endorsement review and mailing.
Documents all customer related activities on appropriate systems.
Processes dealer and bank required paperwork requests.
Entry and coordination of book rolls. Quoting for potential future business.
Helps support backend agency setups/automation.
May be required to determine solutions to unique problems that require action or input by other employees within his/her authority.
Performs other activities as required.
College degree preferred
Superior customer service skills
Experience working in a customer service environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Some knowledge of Mass Auto and Homeowners lines of business is preferred
Strong technical skills, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
