Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
I am currently working with a firm based out of Boston who are actively seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

- Lower than Average Billable hour target: Work in an environment with a lower than industry average Billable Hour requirement of 1600 – with bonus tied to this!
- Take control of your work/life balance: Work a flexible 3/2 in office schedule to give you control and autonomy over your schedule!
- Provide Legal Counsel on Real Estate Transactions: Advise clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of commercial properties, including complex joint ventures and real estate investment structures
- Draft, Review, and Negotiate Transaction Documents: Prepare and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, and related real estate contracts with precision and attention to client objectives.
- Conduct Due Diligence and Manage Closings: Oversee title, zoning, environmental, and financial due diligence; coordinate closings and ensure smooth execution of complex real estate transactions.
- Advise Clients on Compliance and
Risk Management:
Stay current on Massachusetts and Federal Real Estate, land use, and environmental regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across all phases of a deal.
- Up to $220K Base
- Performance Related Bonus
