We are a growing firm, looking for a Toxic Tort Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone with 4-8 years of experience.

• 4+ years of experience
• Experience in litigation, with specific experience in toxic tort or asbestos cases highly preferred
• Familiarity with the scientific, medical, and legal complexities of toxic tort law
• Experience with discovery and motion practice is often required
• Trial experience, such as second‑chair experience, is a significant plus
• Licensed in Massachusetts

• Manage cases from pre‑trial through post‑trial, representing clients in all aspects of the legal process
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Manage the discovery process, which includes gathering and analyzing medical records and other evidence
• Work with experts in fields such as toxicology, chemistry, and industrial hygiene to understand and explain scientific evidence
