Overview
LHH Recruitment in partnership with a prominent law firm in Boston, MA is seeking a Contract Civil Litigation Attorney. This is a hybrid position and it is full-time. It does have the opportunity to be extended after the 3 month period.
Responsibilities- Assist with drafting pre-trial motions, motions in limine, jury instructions, voir dire questions, verdict slips and other relevant documents
- Assist with reviewing deposition transcripts
- Assist with preparing direct and cross examinations at trial
- Any other duties required of the role
- JD and licensed to practice in MA
- Must have Superior Court Civil Trial Experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
