Labor And Employment Attorney

A global organization is seeking a Senior Employment Attorney
- Assistant General Counsel, to join its Legal team, reporting directly to the General Counsel in an Senior Associate General Counsel level, partnering closely with senior legal and HR leadership, providing practical, business-focused legal guidance across the full spectrum of U.S employment law matters.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for an experienced employment attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys working at the intersection of law, people strategy, and compliance.

• Separation agreements and OWBPA compliance
• Reductions in force, terminations, and disciplinary actions
• Employee relations issues, complaints, and internal investigations
• Wage and hour compliance (FLSA classification, final pay, garnishments)
• ADA accommodations, FMLA, and other employee leave matters
• Pay transparency, equal pay, and DEI-related policies and communications
• Employment policies, employee handbooks, and compliance initiatives
• Bonus plans, commissions, retention and incentive agreements
• Relocation programs
• Canadian employment matters and related documentation
• Monitoring and advising on new federal and state employment laws
• Partnering closely with P&O as new programs and processes are rolled out to ensure compliance

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Admitted to the bar - any state acceptable
• 5+ years of legal experience with a strong focus on employment law
• Broad, hands-on experience advising on complex employment matters
