- Great for Big Law associates looking for more work/life balance
- Bonus starts at only 1500 billable hours
- Compensation $200k+, based on experience, plus bonus potential
- Ability to work with multiple partners
- 2+ years of experience handling all aspects of corporate, private equity and M&A work, including venture capital, private equity and other financings, acquisitions and divestitures, licensing and general contract negotiation.
- JD & active license in MA.
