Patent Prosecution Associate or Counsel level - EE/CS/CE/Data Science/Physics
Our client is a major Am law firm, seeking patent attorneys for its Boston, Silicon Valley, New York or Seattle offices. The firm is considering both associate level and senior level attorneys who may be interested in a non-partner track role. The salary range for associates is between $235k to $310k.
Qualifications- At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience involving high technology inventions.
- A degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, data science, or physics - or - equivalent experience in these subjects.
- USPTO admission required.
- State bar admission.
- Excellent academic credentials along with strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
