The Boston office is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated employment matters for employers across a broad range of industries, working closely with experienced partners on both litigation and advisory matters.

• Litigating employment matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies
• Handling discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract cases
• Advising employers on employment-related compliance and HR matters
• Drafting employment policies, agreements, and related documentation
• Conducting internal investigations
• Delivering employment-related compliance trainings

• Minimum 4+ years of employment law experience
• Strong litigation experience in employment-related matters
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts

Salary range: $310,000 – $365,000, bonus eligible.
