The OpportunityThe Boston office is seeking an Associate with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its dynamic and growing team. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated employment matters for employers across a broad range of industries, working closely with experienced partners on both litigation and advisory matters.
Key Responsibilities- Litigating employment matters in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies
- Handling discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete, and breach of contract cases
- Advising employers on employment-related compliance and HR matters
- Drafting employment policies, agreements, and related documentation
- Conducting internal investigations
- Delivering employment-related compliance trainings
- Minimum 4+ years of employment law experience
- Strong litigation experience in employment-related matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
Salary range: $310,000 – $365,000, bonus eligible.
