Weareseekinga Real Estate Associate to join our Real Estate practice group and support a wide range of commercial and residential real estate matters.
Inthisrole,youwillassistwithdrafting,reviewing,andnegotiatingrealestate-related documents,including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing materials. You will work with attorneys and other members of the firm on all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, zoning and land use, title matters, and due diligence.
Qualifiedcandidateswillhaveexperiencehandlingrealestatetransactionsandworkingwithdevelopers, lenders, investors,andpropertyowners.
Theidealcandidateisdetail-oriented,intellectually curious,and able to manage multiple matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Asamemberofourrealestatepracticegroup,youwill:- Draftrealestatepurchasecontracts,leases,easements,andotheragreements.
- Conductduediligenceonrealestatetransactions,includingtitlesearches.
- Prepareentityandclosingdocuments.
- Coordinatetitlecommitmentsonbehalfofnationallyrecognizedtitleinsurancecompanies.
- Providelegaladviceandguidancetoclientsregardingpropertytransactions.
- Negotiatetermsandconditionsforrealestatetransactionsonbehalfofclients,including purchase and sale agreement, leases, loan documents, and closing materials.
- Facilitatetheclosingofrealestatetransactions.
- Researchrealestatelaws,regulations,andtrendsaffectingtheindustry.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other firm professionals on all phases of real estate transactions,including acquisitions,dispositions,financing,development,zoningandlanduse,title matters, and due diligence, to achieve client and firm objectives.
- Anoutstandingacademicrecordwitha
JDfromahighlyregardedaccreditedlawschool. - Memberingoodstandingwiththe Florida Bar .
- 3-5yearsofexperienceinrealestatelegalpractice.
- Knowledgeincommercialrealestatetransactions,contracts,andpropertylawcommensuratewith experience
- Strongnegotiationandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam.
- Attentiontodetailandstronganalyticalskills.
- Proventrackrecordofprovidinghigh-qualitylegalservicesandachievingfavorableoutcomesfor clients.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor(JD) degreefromahighlyregardedaccreditedlawschool.
- Memberingoodstandingwiththe Florida Bar .
- 3-5years’experienceasa
Real Estate Attorney .
