Responsibilities

• Managing day to day case activities

• Leading fact investigations

• Researching legal issues and developing litigation strategies

• Drafting pleadings, including answers, motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment

• Conducting and defending depositions

• Negotiating with opposing counsel

• Working on a team and managing junior attorneys

Qualifications

• Excellent academic and professional credentials

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Comfortable managing client relationships

• Ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision and assist and confidently manage workflow for larger projects

• Fair Credit Reporting Act experience or experience litigating other privacy-related statutes is a plus

• In good standing in the state where they wish to practice
