Job Title:
IP Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Attorney to join our legal team in Boston with pay starting at 200K.
Responsibilities:- Providing legal advice and support on intellectual property matters
- Managing IP portfolios, including trademark and patent applications
- Drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements
- Handling IP infringement issues and disputes
- Keeping abreast of changes in IP laws and regulations
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership
- Specialization in intellectual property law
- Proven experience in handling IP matters
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
