We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal with at least two years of prior experience at another injury law firm to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chelsea, MA. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Portuguese and Spanish speaking skills are a strong plus, as we serve a diverse client base.
What You’ll Do:- Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from intake through settlement.
- Draft correspondence, discovery responses, and legal documents (demands, 93A letters, releases, etc.).
- Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain and update case files in Filevine to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor client treatment and prepare detailed case summaries for attorney review.
- Support attorneys with settlement negotiations, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal injury paralegal at another law firm.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury process — PIP, liability, medical records, and settlements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience with Filevine or other case management software preferred.
- Portuguese and Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
