Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Londonderry, New Hampshire for a Family Law Associate Attorney. The role includes managing family law cases, such as divorce, unwed parenting, post-divorce, prenuptial agreements, and minor guardian ships. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. The Family Law Associate will collaborate with our partners to provide effective solutions, maintain client relations, and support the firm’s mission in delivering outstanding legal advocacy.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Family Law and handling complex legal issues in this domain
- Experience with drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documentation
- Expertise in preparing for court proceedings
- Strong analytical and research skills in the context of legal matters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Juris Doctor degree and active bar licensure in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for reciprocity
- Prior experience in litigation and representing clients in legal proceedings is an asset
