Commercial Litigation Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage complex litigation matters across state and federal jurisdictions.
• Draft and prepare litigation documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and develop persuasive arguments.
• Oversee discovery and participate in mediation and arbitration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and train junior associates.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• 4–7 years of litigation experience at a large law firm.
• Proven ability to handle complex commercial and class action litigation, corporate governance disputes, deal-related litigation, and breach of contract matters.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
