We are an active LP owner network and we are building an affiliated AI-native law firm purpose-built for science and innovation investments.
We're looking for senior lawyers to join as founding partners, who want flexibility, high-calibre projects, and the chance to shape how legal services are delivered at the intersection of innovation and investment.
Interested in former GCs or retired/semi-retired partners who want to work on exciting projects and be part of the first AI law firm for science and innovation
Our interested practice areas:Funds and IP
- VC/PE fund structuring, LPAs, carried interest, and GP economics (Bonus - Healthcare-focused fund sponsors, family offices, and institutional investors)
- Cross-border fund structuring across US, UK, and offshore jurisdictions
- Please also apply if you have general healthcare experience e.g. corporate, reg, data,
- 10+ years experience at law firms or in-house roles
- AI-augmented workflows - focus on judgement, not document assembly
