Senior Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join a fast-paced, high-volume family law practice in Boston. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who is currently producing, manages their own matters independently, and can bring an existing book of business.

The attorney will handle cases end-to-end and play a key role in supporting practice growth. Candidates must be confident litigators with deep experience across family and domestic relations matters.

This position requires full-time, onsite presence in Boston.

• Handle family law matters independently from intake through resolution
• Manage contested hearings, trials, and complex litigation
• Maintain and grow an existing client base
• Handle high-conflict divorce and custody matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences
• Advise clients on strategy, risk, and outcomes
• Ensure ethical transition of clients when applicable

• 7+ years of family law / domestic relations experience
• Strong litigation background (hearings, trials, contested matters)
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases A–Z
• Currently handling own client matters
• Proven production history or portable book of business
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
