The Associate Attorney is responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury prelitigation cases from beginning to end, which involves speaking with clients to ascertain their needs and update them on their case, choosing the most appropriate course of action, drafting demands, negotiating with insurance adjusters, and monitoring the disbursement of settlements.
