796836 Paralegal, Boston, MA, 3-month contract
Sigma, Inc., is looking for a Paralegal to work onsite with our client located in Boston, MA.
This is with the Commonwealth of MA and Dept of Transportation. Will be required to work onsite at 10 Park Plaza.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7.5 hours per day and 37.5 hours per week. Great opportunity for a labor investigations and writing specialist.
Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must have legal writing experience.
- Specialist will manage a caseload of union environment disciplinary cases and grievances cases. Candidate will be expected to perform case investigations, write investigatory memos, present on behalf of management in pre-disciplinary hearings as well as grievance hearings, and write recommendations for discipline.
- This is a hybrid role that is mostly remote with the requirement for in-person days at any MassDOT location four times per month.
