Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney, you will:
• Counsel a diverse client base—including developers, lenders, investors, and corporate entities—on a wide spectrum of real estate transactions
• Oversee complex commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing arrangements, and financings
• Draft, negotiate, and review key transaction documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
• Advise on land use, zoning, title, and environmental issues impacting development and transactions
• Coordinate with local regulatory bodies, title companies, and opposing counsel to support smooth transaction execution
• Manage due diligence processes, identify risk, and propose strategic solutions to advance deals efficiently
• Stay informed on emerging trends in real estate law, municipal regulations, and market conditions to provide forward-thinking guidance
• Nurture existing client relationships and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand a personal portfolio
This is a hands-on role where your ability to combine legal skills with client-facing judgment will be central. By year-end, you could be leading multiple matters independently, expanding your portfolio, and deepening relationships with repeat clients and referral sources in the Boston market.

Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
