A well-established Boston law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Trusts & Estates / Private Client practice. This role is ideal for an attorney with experience in estate planning and trust administration who is looking to grow within a sophisticated and client-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and related instruments
• Assist with probate matters and trust/estate administration
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and fiduciary planning strategies
• Prepare documents related to asset transfers, beneficiary designations, and tax planning
• Communicate directly with clients, financial advisors, and accountants to support comprehensive planning
• Support attorneys in complex planning matters for high-net-worth individuals and families

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of trusts and estates experience preferred
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Massachusetts probate and estate administration procedures
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Massachusetts Bar admission required
