Associate Attorney - Corporate M&A/PE
A leading law firm is seeking an associate with 3+ years of private equity transactional experience to join their corporate M&A practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Acquisitions
- Divestitures
- Mergers and joint ventures
- Private equity funds
- Financial institutions
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide efficient legal counsel and support to clients in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements- 3+ years of private equity transactional experience
- Experience in corporate M&A practice
