You will provide direct support to Partners across three key practice groups:
Insurance, Labor & Employment, and Construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation support, from case inception through resolution.
- Conduct eDiscovery using Relativity.
- Oversee document management with iManage.
- Handle e-filings at both the Federal and State level through PACER.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery, and case organization.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff in a highly team-oriented culture.
- Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
- Prior paralegal experience in Insurance, Labor & Employment, or Construction law (experience in multiple areas a plus).
- Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and PACER strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary, competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth
