Commercial Real Estate Associate

LHH is working with a leading law firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Esate Associate to join its growing practice. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a range of clients, including developers, investors, franchisees, landlords, tenants, and operating companies.

• Represent clients in acquisitions and dispositions
  , development matters, and the financing of commercial properties.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial leases across office, retail, industrial, and mixed‑use assets.
• Manage real estate due diligence
  , including title, survey, zoning, environmental review, and closing mechanics.
• Assist with franchise, distribution, asset purchase, and general corporate real estate transactions.
• Oversee closings, coordinate with opposing counsel and third parties, and ensure efficient deal execution.

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Strong background in leasing, transactional real estate, and drafting/negotiating complex agreements.
• Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, development, and/or financing required; franchise or asset transfer experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and drafting skills; ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
