Brown Rudnick is currently seeking a talented 2nd – 3rd year associate to join its dynamic Finance group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have meaningful experience in debt finance and capital markets transactions, and in securing liens under Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Representative work includes advising financial institutions and borrowers on sophisticated debt finance transactions, including asset-based, cash flow, mezzanine, high-yield debt and debtor-in-possession transactions.
Additional experience with out-of-court work‑outs and restructurings is a plus. The role will also involve supporting the firm’s general corporate and M&A practices.

- Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.
- Have outstanding academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comparable law firm experience preferred.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $225,000 - $250,000.
