Associate Attorney

A highly regarded law firm in Boston is seeking a mid-level Trusts & Estates Attorney with at least four years of experience to join its sophisticated private client practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners on complex estate planning and estate administration matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and implement comprehensive estate plans, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related documents
• Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies, including gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
• Administer taxable and non-taxable estates
• Handle trust administration matters, including fiduciary guidance and accountings
• Collaborate with tax professionals, financial advisors, and family office representatives
• Participate in client meetings and manage ongoing client relationships

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Strong drafting experience in complex estate planning documents
• Experience with estate and trust administration
• Familiarity with federal and Massachusetts estate and gift tax laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar

Compensation

• Salary range: $,000 annually + performance bonuses
