Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dedicated attorney to join the dynamic team at one of Boston's most successful and well-known law firms. This is the perfect opportunity for an associate who loves research, case analysis, and writing to join a collaborative and fast-paced litigation team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on motions, oppositions, and complex legal memoranda in state and federal court
- Draft and refine appellate briefs, summary judgment filings, and Daubert/Lanigan challenges
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy
- Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits, jury instructions, pre-trial/post-trial motions
- Argue motions in state and federal court
REQUIREMENTS:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility for admission)
- Two years of legal experience, preferably in litigation
- Exceptional legal writing, research, and organizational skills
- Judicial clerkship or internship experience strongly preferred
The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to the base compensation. You will also have flexibility for a mixture of remote and onsite work upon completion of your training.
