A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join their real estate finance team. This role offers exposure to sophisticated, national-scale transactions across diverse asset classes.
Responsibilities- Negotiate and draft mortgage loan documents (preferably borrower-side)
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
Manage closings and related documentation
Support leasing, joint ventures, construction, and development matters
Qualifications3–6 years of broad real estate transactional experience
Experience with debt financing and purchase/sale transactions
Leasing and joint venture experience a plus
Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
