We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. The Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of issues related to the life sciences industry, including contracts, compliance, acquisitions, data processing and intellectual property.

Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and redline a wide variety of contracts and supporting documentation, including master services agreements, vendor agreements, statements of work, fee‑for‑service agreements, contractor agreements, non‑disclosure agreements, third‑party data access agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, etc.
  • Engage in direct negotiations and discussions with Trinity’s clients and vendors.
  • Review and evaluate risks associated with various US and OUS privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR compliance) and conduct legal review of contractual agreements with minimal oversight.
  • Assist in acquisition support and integration.
  • Provide prompt legal support and guidance to Trinity leadership and management teams.
  • Review and complete RFP/RFI questionnaires and vendor forms.
  • Answer questions regarding current agreements’ terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners including Compliance, HR, and IT.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as signing documents and electronic filing.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in the life sciences/pharma industry.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract law.
  • Significant redlining, contract review, and negotiation experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable healthcare, compliance, and privacy laws, rules, and regulations (Sunshine Act, Anti‑Kickback Statute, pharmacovigilance requirements, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, etc.).
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and a high‑work‑ethic focused on customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
