Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level associate with expertise in ADA Title III litigation to join their Labor and Employment team in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and a passion for defending clients in complex legal matters.
Duties- Defend lawsuits in federal and state courts related to ADA Title III.
- Counsel clients on compliance with ADA Title III and related state laws.
- Respond to DOJ and agency investigations into alleged discriminatory practices.
- Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy and management.
- 4-6 years of experience in discrimination lawsuits against public accommodations or housing providers.
- Admission to the Massachusetts, New York, or Washington, D.C. Bar.
- Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, verbal, and written skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.
- Strong litigation skills, including writing, analysis, and research.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive training and CLE initiatives.
