A law firm seeks a Life Sciences and Technology Transactions Associate/Counsel in Boston, MA. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working on complex agreements for life sciences companies, collaborating with professionals across various offices.
Duties- Analyze, draft, and negotiate complex IP and commercial agreements in life sciences and related industries.
- Advise on IP rights and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with corporate, intellectual property, regulatory, and tax lawyers on strategic transactions.
- Five to seven years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
- Experience in life sciences legal matters preferred.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Juris Doctor
CertificationsLicensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position.
Skills- Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
