We are hiring for a Global Supply Chain Leadership role at a multinational industrial manufacturing company.
You will oversee end-to-end supply chain (plan-source-make-deliver) across manufacturing sites in US, Mexico, Bulgaria and China.
Reporting to:
Operation VP, Global BU
- Proven expertise in SIOP & S&OE implementation and optimization
- 15+ years of experience in global supply chain leadership roles, with demonstrated end-to-end responsibility (plan–source–make–deliver) in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on experience in plant operation, delivery performance (OTIF) and supply chain risk management
- Track record of inventory & cash improvement, operational excellence and supply chain transformation
- Experience with Mexico manufacturing sites is a must
This role is based in Massachusetts, US. Relocation support is available. Candidates based in China need frequent global travel.
