Position: Commercial Supply Chain Manager, Small Molecule

General Summary

The Commercial Supply Chain Manager will support commercial supply chain execution for a late-stage small molecule program, including monthly supply planning, S&O, planning system setup, inventory management, Long Range Plans (LRP), and cross‑functional supply chain coordination.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver monthly end-to-end Supply and Inventory build plans using Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response.
  • Support commercial/late-stage small molecules scenario planning, including supply projections and 5+ year forecast/supply assessments.
  • Implement, test, and improve planning and execution system functionality; serve as Planning super user for Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response.
  • Support the S&O process, proactively assess network risks, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Implement safety stock strategies; monitor operational readiness; perform capacity analysis; integrate system requirements.
  • Create and maintain master data (lead times, pricing, approved vendor lists) and review periodically.
  • Manage key supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Represent Supply Chain on project sub‑teams/task forces; partner with External Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial.
  • Champion quality and ensure activities/documentation comply with global regulatory requirements.
Knowledge and Skills
  • 5+ years supply chain planning experience in pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro/Rapid Response.
  • Experience with complex global supply chain networks.
  • Strong analytical/problem‑solving; strong communication; scenario/contingency planning.
  • Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite (OPM) or SAP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline.
  • Flexibility as the team/business evolves.
