Vice President, Global Sourcing and Supply Chain
We are seeking a Vice President of Global Sourcing and Supply Chain to spearhead our international supplier strategy and oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role requires a hands‑on, Asia‑experienced sourcing executive with a strong background in hardware or durable goods and a proven track record in managing OEM/ODM factory relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead global supplier strategy, procurement, and cost leadership.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and improve margin performance.
- Support new product development initiatives.
- Oversee sourcing and supplier relationship management across China and Vietnam.
- Identify and onboard new manufacturing partners.
- Execute country diversification and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive annual cost reduction initiatives and negotiate contracts with overseas factories.
- Improve gross margin through disciplined supplier management.
- 12‑20 years of global sourcing and supply chain experience.
- Deep supplier relationships in China and preference for Vietnam sourcing experience.
- Proven track record in managing OEM/ODM factory relationships.
- Comfortable in a privately held, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally (less than 10%).
