Seasonal Return Agent - Boston Logan Airport

Overview

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Seasonal Return Agent at Boston Logan Airport. The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car return process, assisting customers and ensuring quick and efficient transactions.

The pay for this position starts at $19 per hour with average monthly bonuses ranging from $200 to $500. A $2.00 per hour shift differential is paid for hours worked from 7:00 pm to 5:00 am, increasing the hourly rate to $21 per hour during those hours.

Location:

Boston Logan Airport (BOS) – 15 Transportation Way, Boston, MA 02128.

The seasonal window starts May 1, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 and cannot exceed 180 days.

• Full‑time schedule: 40 hours per week
• Various schedules available throughout the week between 7 am and 10 pm
• Must be available to work weekends
• A recruiter will discuss a schedule during the interview process

• Greet all customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings and document any items found.
• Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
• Provide professional, courteous information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
• Check incoming vehicles for damage discretely and direct customers to the counter for a damage/loss report.
• Determine if the vehicle is returned with a full tank of gas.
• Complete a service alert for any mechanical or body damage communicated by the customers.
• Verify movement of vehicles on system hold for turn‑back, time or mileage, recall, or other special lock to the proper lot location.
• Verify movement of vehicles flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance to the proper lot location.
• Keep the lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.
• Seek to improve job performance through self‑assessment, skill development, training and goal setting.
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least 6 months of prior customer‑service experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on the driving record in the past 5 years.
• Seasonal position: may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season.
