Associate Supply Chain Planner

We're looking for a Temporary Associate Supply Chain Planner to help keep inventory moving and support the day-to-day operations of a busy supply chain team. If you're organized, enjoy working with data, and have experience with inventory or ERP systems, this is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in supply chain planning and operations.

• Coordinate Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for assigned products.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple distribution centers to help maintain product availability.
• Use SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) to track inventory, process material movements, and support inventory management activities.
• Generate daily operational reports and assist with truck loading activities in SAP.
• Create purchase orders, receive materials, and process outbound shipments using IFS.
• Support inventory forecasting, financial reporting, and scrap approval processes.
• Monitor SKU shipments and help identify potential inventory or supply issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep supply chain operations running smoothly.

• Experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP MM and/or IFS is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with inventory data, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
