We are seeking a Supply Chain Analytics Lead to drive supply chain performance reporting, KPI development, and operational analytics in a cGMP manufacturing environment. This role will support Site Planning, Materials Operations, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and data-driven process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel modeling skills, Power BI expertise, and experience translating complex supply chain data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting- Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards and reporting
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Support data-driven decision making across supply chain functions
- Standardize reporting across planning, materials, and logistics operations
- Planning

- Develop scorecards and executive dashboards
- Track business performance metrics
- Analyze third-party logistics (3PL) performance
- Monitor transportation, warehousing, and inventory metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and reduce operational costs
- Improve reporting accuracy and data quality
- Support implementation of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve analytical capabilities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Equivalent experience considered
- 4–6+ years of Supply Chain Analytics or Operations Analytics experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex modeling and analysis
- KPI and performance reporting
- Supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing analytics experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- cGMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT)
