. This role supports planning, materials operations, and logistics by delivering actionable insights that enhance efficiency and business performance.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards
  , KPIs
  , and supply chain performance reports.
• Perform Excel modeling and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create and manage scorecards
  , operational metrics, and performance reporting for planning, inventory, logistics, and 3PL operations.
• Support cost optimization
  , spend analysis
  , and data-driven business decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve data governance
  , reporting consistency, and analytical capabilities.
• Monitor logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory performance to improve operational efficiency.

• 4–6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics
  , Business Analytics
  , Planning
  , or Logistics
  .
• Strong experience with Power BI
  , Advanced Excel
  , and Excel modeling
  .
• Experience developing KPIs
  , dashboards
  , scorecards
  , and operational reporting.
• Understanding of inventory management
  , supply chain operations
  , and 3PL logistics
  .
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence reporting tools.
• Experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment is preferred;
  Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) experience is a plus.

• Estimated hourly range: $60–$70/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
