Are you an experienced supply chain leader ready to shape the future of space and defense? We're seeking a Principal, Supply Chain Management to lead supply chain strategy and execution for cutting-edge aerospace and satellite programs supporting some of the nation's most advanced space and missile defense initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll collaborate with engineering, program management, operations, and key suppliers to deliver next-generation technologies while driving innovation across the supply chain.

• Lead supply chain program execution for complex aerospace and defense programs from capture through production.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Program Management to optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and ensure successful program execution.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, mitigate risk, and support mission-critical program objectives.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and performance expectations are met.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement proactive mitigation plans to keep programs on schedule.
• Analyze supplier capacity, capability, and production readiness to support critical program milestones.
• Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFx) initiatives by evaluating engineering changes and supply chain impacts.
• Develop and monitor key supply chain performance metrics and continuously improve processes across the organization.
• Present program status, supply chain strategies, and risk assessments to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Travel to supplier facilities (approximately 40-50%, primarily domestic) to support supplier engagement and program execution.

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of supply chain, procurement, operations, or program management experience (advanced degree may reduce experience requirements).
• Experience leading supply chain efforts for complex aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or highly regulated programs.
• Strong background in supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience managing program risks, supplier performance, and large-scale development programs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience supporting government or defense contracts is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with contract types such as FFP, FPIF, Cost Reimbursable, T&M, or similar is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
  An active Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.

Salary: $160,000 - $223,000 (based on experience and location)
