Job Description & How to Apply Below

Who We Are

Wayfair runs one of the largest and most complex e‑commerce supply chains in the world, moving millions of home products from suppliers to customers across fulfillment centers, cross‑docks, line‑haul networks, last‑mile stations, and carrier partners.

The Supply Chain & Retail Technology (SCRT) organization builds the platforms that power this network end‑to‑end: from inventory placement and network planning, to transportation execution and visibility, to delivery experience and post‑order service. Our teams serve a diverse set of users including network planners, transportation and warehouse operators, customer service agents, suppliers, and end customers.

As a Product Manager in SCRT, you will report to a Product Lead and partner with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver resilient, data‑driven products, with a strong focus on execution, quality, and measurable impact on speed, cost, and reliability across the Wayfair supply chain while elevating the customer and operator experience.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and evolve platform capabilities that power the end-to-end international flow of goods from supplier to Wayfair’s network.
  • Act as a central connector across supplier tools, planning, transportation, and fulfillment so solutions work seamlessly across the network.
  • Own the product lifecycle for your domain—from discovery and experimentation through delivery, rollout, and iteration—with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Use qualitative research and quantitative analysis to define and validate problem statements, frame trade-offs, and focus the team on the most impactful opportunities.
  • Partner closely with operations, analytics, data science, design, and engineering to understand workflows and pain points and turn insights into robust, scalable solutions.
  • Make data the interface for decision‑making by defining metrics, instrumentation, dashboards, and alerting that provide real‑time visibility into flow, exceptions, and impact.
  • Champion reliability, safety, and operational excellence while communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels about roadmap, progress, risks, and results.
We Are a Match Because You
  • Have 4+ years of product management experience leading an impactful roadmap in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Bring meaningful experience in at least one of: supply chain, logistics, transportation, fulfillment, inventory management, or other large‑scale operational decision systems.
  • Are highly analytical and data‑driven: comfortable digging into large data sets, defining KPIs, building simple models, and partnering with analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.
  • Are a strong systems thinker who can model how changes in one part of the network (e.g., sourcing, placement, routing, promises, capacity) propagate across others, and design globally optimal solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and credibly with both technical and non‑technical audiences, and can translate complex operational and technical concepts into simple narratives and choices.
  • Are comfortable working closely with engineers, understanding trade‑offs in scalability, performance, data quality, and architecture, and using that understanding to shape feasible, high‑impact solutions.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments, and know how to bring structure, prioritization, and focus to complex problem spaces.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with enterprise supply chain systems (e.g., OMS, WMS, TMS, network configuration or optimization tools).
  • Experience collaborating with design and operations partners to build intuitive products for diverse user personas (planners, dispatchers, warehouse staff, customer service, suppliers, and carriers).
  • Exposure to applied ML / optimization in operations (forecasting, routing, allocation, pricing, decision automation).
  • Experience working in high‑scale e‑commerce, marketplace, or multi‑sided platform environments.
Why You’ll Love Wayfair
  • Impact at scale:
Your work will directly shape how millions of orders flow through our global network and how customers…
