A highly collaborative and fast-paced organization is seeking a Senior Procurement Associate to support strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement operations across multiple indirect spend categories.

This role is ideal for a procurement professional who enjoys working cross-functionally, building strong internal partnerships, and driving process improvements in a dynamic environment. The team is open to candidates ranging from high-potential early-career professionals to more seasoned procurement specialists, provided they bring strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities.

The position offers broad exposure across procurement strategy, sourcing initiatives, vendor management, ERP/process optimization, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement and sourcing activities across a variety of indirect spend areas and operational business functions
  • Support supplier selection initiatives, competitive bid processes, and vendor evaluations
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support business objectives
  • Assist with contract review, pricing discussions, vendor onboarding, and procurement-related documentation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Accounts Payable, Compliance, and Operations
  • Monitor supplier performance, support issue resolution efforts, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Contribute to spend analysis, reporting, procurement tracking, and data management initiatives
  • Support procurement system usage, ERP data accuracy, and operational workflow improvements
  • Help drive efficiency initiatives related to purchasing processes, supplier management, and reporting visibility
  • Participate in sourcing projects and procurement initiatives while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Partner with suppliers to manage performance, issue resolution, and ongoing service delivery
  • Support senior leadership and cross-functional teams with procurement guidance and sourcing recommendations
Operational & Procurement Support
  • Assist with contract review, negotiation, and vendor onboarding processes in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Help manage purchase order workflows and support procurement compliance initiatives
  • Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth procurement operations
Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Maintain procurement-related data integrity within ERP and procurement systems
  • Support reporting, spend analytics, and operational tracking activities
  • Contribute to workflow optimization and procurement best practices across the organization
  • Assist with adoption and utilization of procurement tools and processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or category management experience
  • Experience supporting sourcing initiatives, supplier management, or procurement operations
  • Exposure to indirect spend categories strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFx processes and vendor negotiations
  • Experience working within ERP or procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, Oracle, Ariba, Dynamics, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with business teams and external suppliers
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power Point
Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to strategic sourcing or category management
  • Experience supporting procurement process improvements or spend analysis initiatives
  • Familiarity with supplier onboarding, procurement compliance, or contract administration
  • Experience in corporate, consulting, professional services, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, or other complex business environments
