Imagine leading procurement efforts to create the next generation of technology-enabled toys. As a Project Procurement Leader, Senior Manager, you ll drive innovation in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

As our Project Procurement Leader, you ll oversee procurement activities within the Technology Development organization, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient execution of the project plan. You ll coordinate activities between Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Planning teams while representing the viability aspects. Your role will involve monitoring procurement KPIs, managing supplier relationships, and leading problem‑solving activities to address cost and quality concerns.

You ll also work with procurement team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost modeling, supply chain setup, and risks.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and preferably New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Understanding of engineering and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Supplier management experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, influencing, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams during issues or project disruptions.

• Electronics background or engineering degree.
• Experience in highly automated or Industry 4.0 environments.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) procurement activities.
• Experience with in mechatronics products is an advantage.
• Positive mindset and resilience in problem‑solving.

You will lead procurement efforts to ensure safe and efficient project execution, guide teams on supplier capabilities, and improve project quality through data‑driven recommendations. You ll support the standardization of procurement processes and documentation, partner with stakeholders across the value chain, and help expand the use of innovative procurement strategies across the organization.

You will work with a team of specialists who collaborate closely across functions, taking ownership of your work and approaching challenges with a practical mindset. You ll thrive by building strong relationships, supporting others  learning, and contributing to shared goals.

Success means consistently delivering stable procurement performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You ll work closely with colleagues and partners across the value chain to strengthen capabilities, improve processes, and create lasting impact.

This position may require some minimal travel (up to 20 days per year). No relocation is available for this position. Best of Both working arrangement – 3 days onsite & 2 days remotely.

The salary for this position has a range of $ - $ based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
