Support Vertex Cell and Genetic Therapies by managing site scheduling processes and maintaining manufacturing schedule alignment.
Responsibilities- coordinate across schedulers and stakeholders to ensure a single, accurate plan;
- identify and resolve schedule conflicts and dependencies;
- provide visibility into key milestones, assumptions, and changes;
- oversee RTMS support, system updates, data quality, and issue escalation;
- manage scheduling communications and daily operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, or related field;
- 6+ years of experience in site planning, production scheduling, or supply chain within cGMP biotech/pharma environments;
- strong understanding of cross-functional planning, manufacturing execution, ERP systems, and master data management;
- proficiency with MS Office and Teams.
- experience managing contractor support and workflow coordination.
- cGMP regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing, cell and gene therapy context, supply chain and scheduling focus, hybrid or onsite work setup, no travel specified.
