The Lead Cleaner III provides direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

Pay: $24.80–$26.00 per hour.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

• Customer service experience
• One (1) year of similar work experience

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• Relay communication between team members, clients, customers, and management
• Report performance issues to the supervisor
• Assist with the training of the cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments
• Assist with creating daily and weekly work schedules
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building
• Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
• Report work orders for maintenance
  
  Ensure premises are secured at all times
• Work with the manager to schedule jobs with the property manager and cleaning crew to complete the work
• Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with the manager
• Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building
• Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
• Complete order forms completely and accurately
• Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
