Maintenance Technician Position

At Rockstar Recruiting, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician who will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional service. Your focus will be on providing timely, high-quality, and "right the first time" responses to service requests, delivering an outstanding experience for our valued residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace air conditioning filters and clean vents in both vacant and occupied units, along with performing other routine preventative maintenance tasks.
• Support the maintenance team in addressing service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Be available for "on-call" duties when required.
• Replace light bulbs in breezeways and hallways as needed.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation and repairs.
• Help distribute community flyers and other materials.
• Contribute to janitorial tasks, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of the community.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Availability to handle emergency on-call duties during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical capability to perform the job duties, including mobility to move around the property, climb stairs, lift appliances and tools, bend, stretch, kneel, and hear occasional loud noises.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and tasks is required.
