Syntegra Services is a Greater Boston facilities company, serving the area since 1999. We are always hiring janitorial cleaners for day shifts and full-time schedules, in assigned client buildings and on route work, where you clean several smaller buildings in one shift.
Pay: $17.70 to $24.70 per hour. Pay is set by the union scale and depends on the building location.
- Clean restrooms, empty trash and recycling, dust, vacuum and mop
- Help with floor care and restock supplies
- Report building issues to your supervisor
This is a union position under our SEIU Local 32BJ agreement, with health and pension benefits for eligible employees. Eligibility starts after a waiting period and is based on hours worked. You are a W-2 Syntegra employee on our own crew. Syntegra is a minority-owned company.
We look for reliable team players who follow safety and site rules and use PPE. You must be authorized to work in the US.
