Overview

A rapidly growing technology company is seeking a VP of Enterprise Marketing to drive demand generation and pipeline growth in high-stakes enterprise markets. Reporting to the EVP of Marketing and leading a small team, this role will focus on developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across key sectors such as retail, healthcare, logistics, critical infrastructure, data centers, and event venues.

This is a high-visibility leadership role with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a mission-driven company.

Comp: approxk base + 20% bonus + equity

Responsibilities

• Lead global enterprise demand generation through ABM, digital, content, and event-driven initiatives.

• Develop scalable, data-driven marketing campaigns targeting C-suite and senior leaders.

• Align marketing efforts with sales and revenue goals, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales and product teams.

• Optimize performance through analytics, CRM insights, and KPI tracking to enhance ROI.

• Oversee brand-building, thought leadership, and customer engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in marketing, preferably in high-growth companies.

• Proven success in demand generation, integrated marketing, and global expansion.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and product teams.

• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

• Startup experience is a plus.

First 90 Days Focus

• Build relationships with key stakeholders and assess existing marketing programs.

• Develop a strategic demand generation plan aligned with business objectives.

• Launch high-impact campaigns and establish KPI benchmarks for tracking success.
