A privately held clinical-stage biotech is advancing a novel small-molecule program for ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases. The company is preparing for Phase 1b studies with a clear path through Phase 3 and is seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader to own end-to-end execution and own the function.
This executive role reports directly to the CEO and will lead global clinical operations strategy, CRO and vendor oversight, inspection readiness, in a fast-moving, resource-efficient environment.
Ideal Background- 15+ years in Clinical Operations with leadership of Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 trials
- Experience building and scaling Clinical Operations in emerging biotech
- Strong CRO management, budget ownership, and regulatory readiness
- Neurodegenerative, rare disease, or ALS experience a plus
