Position: Change Management PM (Boston/Hybrid)

Change Management Project Manager - Boston/Hybrid (6m+ contract)

Pay rate: $85/hr W2 DOE

We are seeking a Change Management Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale initiatives across business and technology teams. This role will drive projects through the full lifecycle — from planning and stakeholder alignment through execution and delivery — ensuring successful outcomes aligned with strategic priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple business units and systems.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Drive change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Provide clear communication, reporting, and updates to senior leadership and project sponsors.
  • Coordinate testing efforts (UAT, regression, pilot testing) and oversee project governance activities.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Mentor business analysts and guide project team execution.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred; custody or operations exposure a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred. IND
