• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, repeatable operating systems across landscape, snow, and ice services.
• Apply Lean principles to drive efficiency, accountability, job costing accuracy, and profit performance.
• Work hands-on with field operations leadership to ensure systems are practical, adopted, and effective in real-world conditions.
• Align leadership teams around clear expectations, metrics, and processes that support consistent execution and growth.
• Provide strong, independent leadership with the ability to challenge ideas productively and think strategically.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals while maintaining a strong local brand and values-driven culture.
