Job Description
Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr
Requirement / Must Have- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in research, project management, and staff management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Qualtrics, including survey creation, data management, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, students, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from conception to completion.
- Experience supporting research initiatives and long-term research agendas.
- Experience developing reports, XX papers, and knowledge dissemination materials.
- Experience managing digital communications and online presence.
- Experience collaborating across academic, administrative, and external teams.
- Lead planning, development, and execution of major programming initiatives including conferences, symposia, exhibits, and faculty convenings.
- Manage project timelines, vendor relationships, and communications for large-scale initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day coordination of project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
- Develop visual and digital assets including infographics and research-related graphics.
- Coordinate and support research initiatives in partnership with leadership and faculty.
- Track research activities, deliverables, and documentation of intellectual outputs.
- Manage program content reports and analyze trends to inform recommendations.
- Maintain organized repositories of research materials and historical documentation.
- Draft and edit reports, articles, newsletters, webpages, and digital content.
- Manage online presence including website content and social media updates.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and communications teams and external vendors.
- Support administrative operations including program development and meeting coordination.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for faculty, partners, and stakeholders.
- Build collaborative relationships across departments and external organizations.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
